MiOP collects the personal data, including but not limited to name, age, email and contact number are required to create a customer account. Collection of this data may be required as part of the services provided by the MiOP.

Additionally personal data relating to health may be collected as part of certain services to ensure you are safe to undertake that service or when it forms a critical role in the delivery of that service.

MiOP has partnered itself with numerous companies that we call ‘Experts’. These ‘Experts’ are called upon to improve your health and wellbeing experience. Use off these ‘Experts’ is actioned by customers & not MiOP & as such your personal data is never shared with these ‘Experts’.

MiOP is a registered company within the United Kingdom & as such data is stored within the United Kingdom.

7. How long do we store your data for?

MiOP will store your data until the retention period has expired. After this time your data will be data in accordance to regulation standards. Full details of data retention periods is detailed in the MiOP Data Retention Policy.

You have the right to request erasure of your data prior to the retention period being complete.

8. How do we share your data?

MiOP does not sell or share your data under any circumstances. Information may be provided to agents, contractors, or third parties where it is necessary to complete the service you wish to undertake.

The services provided by MiOP are currently not deemed suitable from under 18’s.

10. Payment Information.

All payments made to MiOP are done so via invoice. MiOP uses third party payment services complaint with GDPR to manage payments. MiOP itself does not store payment information.

11. Marketing and Advertising.

If you would like to receive marketing & advertising content from MiOP, then personal data in the form of an email is required. This service is an opt-in service and customers are free to unsubscribe and resubscribe freely.
